Church Times
We have two services each Sunday morning at 9:15 and 11:15 which include fellowship, teaching and worship, with communion taking place on the 1st and 3rd Sunday each month. On Christmas day, we have one service – 10am ’til 11am.

Meet the Pastor of Ark Community Church Sutton Coldfield
Stephen spent 25 years working in healthcare before responding to a call to serve God full-time. Since then, he has led Ark through a number of major developments and transformations. The church has grown from a small group meeting in a rented room once a week, to becoming a well established and thriving congregation made up of diverse ages, backgrounds and nationalities. Ark now has its own building, which has been extended to double its size, and holds two services each Sunday. It is home to many groups, activities and charities that benefit the local community. Stephen has been married to Nandini for over thirty years and together they have two children and two grandchildren.

Our Mission
Ark’s mission is to break down barriers within communities by demonstrating the love of Jesus to everyone. This approach paves the way for genuine relationships to be built, creating an environment where God can move powerfully. As part of the LifeSpring Apostolic Family, Ark is committed to serving the broader mission of building God’s Kingdom, seeing revival, and planting churches.
Our Values
Ark Community Church has five core values that are central to our Christian faith. Foundation – Jesus is the foundation of everything we do – worship, prayer, and ministry. Freedom – We enjoy the freedom God gives us because it was for freedom that Christ set us free. Freely Give – We are generous with all that God has given to us and believe in the principle of tithing. Family – Ark is a place where you can feel part of the family of God, and everyone is welcome. Focus – We have an outward focus, aiming to win the lost for Jesus.
Our Beliefs
We believe in one true God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God’s love, grace, and sovereignty are seen in creation, redemption, and judgment. The Scriptures are divinely inspired and fully trustworthy. We believe in the dignity of all people, the incarnation of Christ, His atoning sacrifice, and bodily resurrection. We are justified by grace through faith, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and anticipate Christ’s return to establish eternal justice.
